Pan Grill Salmon
Since 4th week, I can't eat any heavy food especially nasi.Kalau makan jugak me akan puke.Lembiks longlai serious tak tahan. She me opt for fruits, bread , mee hoon or any dry food. Tapi pastu mee hoon pun tak jalan. Its make me takut nak makan. Hah! Byzura takut nak makan??? Statement boleh buat org gelak guling2 ;)
Last Tuesday, hubby bawak makan Siakap Stim. Ratah ikan aje. Wehoooo...no puke okeh. Maybe sebab dia rasa masam2 sket, tak oily kot. So me google recipe siakap stim dgn harapan nak buat sendiri kat umah. Tapi belum lagik ehh..
But then Stephanie suruh I try Salmon Fish & Broccoli..Huhuhu yummy tuh. So 1st trial last nite. Tapi Salmon fish tinggal 1 big slices saje & broccoli semua tak fresh dah. Sib baik kat umah ada kentang.
1.Perap salmon fish dgn garam & black pepper. I perap kejap jer about an hour
2.Guna pan untuk gril dgn api sederhana & sapu butter sket. Kalau ada olive oil pakailah olive oil.
3.Kentang tu potong nipis tu grill skali ngan salmon, tak payah buang masa.
4.Jangan grill lama sgt, sebab nanti dah tak moist.

The most creative crafts stand a chance to win three months of junior/intermediate Da Vinci Creative Kids Art programme, Ikea cash vouchers worth RM150 and Tetra Pak gift pack worth RM50.
The workshop is limited to 60 children only, on a first-come first-served basis. All materials will be provided and there is no registration fee.

The Power of Play with Kleenex Bloggers' Family Day is being held on Oct 23, from 2-5pm at Kizsports & Gym at 1Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
The event is specially hosted for parent bloggers and their families.
Among the activities are an expressive arts workshop by creative arts therapist and drama teacher Abigail Barragry, a talk on “Encouraging kids to adopt a clean routine” by Dr Yong Junina Fadzil, who is also on the ParenThots' Panel of Experts, an energetic jingle and dance session, and a contest.

Cherish the Love with Red Velvet Cake :)
Yup, we cherish our love together!
Actually, I received my order last Friday @ 24th Sept. Oppsiee, me lambat update! Thanks to my sis, Tass sebab collectkan from PhatMummy. We had small makan @ Adik Tass crib that nite so my red velvet cake jadi pencuci mulut. This cake was soo yummeh, soft & moist sgt. Kata Tass macam tuan buatnya...cantik & sedap mata memandang!!
I tot this cake kecik jer tapi sebenarnya besar okeh. Berbaloi2 dgn harganya! I dah risau sgt sebab still banyak balance. Wondering macam mane rasa/ keadaan RVC if I kept for the next day? I wanna shared this yummy red velvet cake with my neighbour and my in laws family tapi takkan nak ketuk pintu rumah org on midnite kan? But guess what? This RVC still on very good condition, still moist, still fresh!!

FREE Antenatal class at Pantai Ampang on Nov 13

Pantai Hospital Ampang will be organising an antenatal class on Saturday, Nov 13, 2010, from 10.30am-5pm.
The class will provide couples with basic information about pregnancy, appropriate self-help measures and advice as well as treatment where necessary before and after delivery.
The topics include baby massage and bathing techniques, breastfeeding, diet and nutrition, normal and abnormal birth, and common newborn problems.
Admission is free for expecting couples; registration is on first-come first-served basis.
The class is only open to pre-registered couples. To register, call Selvamalar at (03) 4289-2877.
p/s: Alaaaa...I cant make it cos kena balik Kuala Lipis with hubby :(
