Diary Diet Saya (Day 1 to Day 5)

Day 1 : 1/6/2012 ( Friday)


Early Morning : 1 mug of plain warm water
Breakfast : 400 ml Shake Choc + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Caesar Salad Kenny Roger's +1 Mug of warm water 
In between : Tauhu Goreng + 1 Mug of warm water 
Dinner : Shake Choc + 1 Mug of warm water
Total plain water : 700ml

Total Tea Mix : 1200ml
Exersice : Skipping 150x skips

Day 2 : 2/6/2012 (Saturday)

Early Morning : 1 mug of plain warm water
Breakfast : 400 ml Shake Choc + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : PegAiryll & Alyff Double Celebration Birthday Party, semua makan except Fried Rice ;) + 1 bottle mineral water
In between : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water 
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water 
Total plain water : 700ml

Total Tea Mix : 1200ml
Exersice : Sangat guilty dengan diri sendiri maka merelakan diri mengemas store, bersihkan & susun barang dlm KC, sental dapur kasik burn calories siang tadi ;)

Day 3 : 3/6/2012 (Sunday)


Early Morning : 1 mug of plain warm water

Breakfast : 400 ml Shake Choc + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : 1/4 Nasi Briyani + Jelatah + Ayam Goreng + Agar2
In between : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water 
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1500ml
Exersice : Skipping 150x skips + 20x abs twist

Day 4 : 4/6/2012 (Monday)


Early Morning : 1 mug of plain warm water

Breakfast : 400 ml Shake Choc + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : 1/4 Nasi Putih + Mix Vege + Tauhu Jepun (Tauhu je, sup tak mkn)
In between : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water 
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 700ml

Total Tea Mix : 1700ml
Exersice : Skipping 250x skips + 20 abs twist



Day 5 : 5/6/2012 (Tuesday)


Early Morning : 1 mug of plain warm water

Breakfast : 400 ml Shake  + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Sushi King ;) + 3 glass of hot green tea
In between : Nil + Tea Mix 
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water 
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1700ml
Exersice : 
Morning - 150x skips
Nite - 500x skips + 110x abs twist + 60x Half Sit-Up

Kalau nak beli Herbalife products boleh beli kat ShilaShower. I bought from her too. Yelah mak kagumkan. Harus jadi sumber inspirasi :)
