Diari Diet Saya (Day 6 to 11)

Sorry lambat update pasal diet saya yang berapa nak diet ni. Kesimpulannya, makan tetap makan cuma control food intake & tak makan belasah macam dulu lagi. Nasi dah tak ambil banyak penuh pinggan & tak bertambah  macam selalu walaupun napsu melonjak2 nak tambah :) No more kuah masak lemak yang berminyak2, no more burger at night, takde dah air manis air kaler2 ni. Pasrah jer minum air suam :) Kalau makan lunch macam banyak je, balik kerja memang mendera diri exercise.


Day 6- 6/6/2012 (Wednesday)


Breakfast : 400 ml Shake + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : We had farewell lunch at our office.Soo, makanan adalah banyak. Makan banyak :) tp basi1 senduk je. Lain belasah :)
In between : Nil + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1700ml
Exercise :
Nite - 500x skips + 110x abs twist + 60x Half Sit-Up 


Day 7-7/6/2012 (Thursday)


Breakfast : 400 ml Shake + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Sushi King :)
In between : Nil + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1700ml
Exercise :
Nite - 500x skips + 110x abs twist + 60x Half Sit-Up


Day 8-8/6/2012 (Friday)


Breakfast : 400 ml Shake + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Roti Pizza
In between : Nil + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1700ml
Exercise :
Nite - 200x skips + 110x abs twist 


Day 9-9/6/2012 (Satursday)


Breakfast : 400 ml Shake + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Chatime Strawberry Pudding Aulit with Pearl (Medium Size)
In between : Nil + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 700ml
Total Tea Mix : 1500ml
Exercise :
Nite - 200x skips (Itu pun malas...)


Day 10 - 10/6/2012 (Sunday)


Breakfast : Nil + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : 1/4 plate rice,3 ketul gulai lemak nangka+vegeee ;)
In between : Nil + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 500ml
Total Tea Mix : 1000 ml
Exercise : 150x skips ( Malas sebab kaki sakit....)


Day 11- 11/6/2012 (Monday)


Breakfast : 400 ml Shake + 1 mug of plain warm water
Lunch : Cantonese mee hoon + 1 mug of plain warm water
In between : Oat biscuit + Tea Mix
Dinner : Nil + Tea Mix / Plain Water
Total plain water : 1000ml
Total Tea Mix : 1500ml
Exercise : Nite - 500x skips (Sampai sakit lutut)
